We keep a small number of informational listings to help people find the right doorway from Google. Once you’re inside the directory and filtering by category, subcategory or tag, the visible results are paid listings only so you’re seeing suppliers actively serving this market.
Listings appear by level from top to bottom: Accelerate, Growth, then Launch. Within each level, position is first-in, best-positioned and retained on renewal.
Open a listing to view website, phone and other contact options. Some vendors include a quick contact form; use whichever method suits your buying process.

Each listing runs for 12 months from the purchase date. Renew on time to retain placement priority within your level.
Yes. Pricing is per category or subcategory. If you want coverage in two areas, purchase two listings. Example: Consulting and Workplace Training are separate categories. Outsourcing by country (e.g. Australia and Philippines) are separate subcategories.
Search tags match buyer intent and also rank independently in search. Higher levels include more tags, which increases your chance to be found.
Placement is level-based (Accelerate, Growth, Launch) then first-in within that level. If you’re first at your level in a given category, you keep that lead position while you renew.
From views through to click and interaction tracking on higher tiers, all analytics can be accessed from your dedicated dashboard.

Vendor Membership includes directory listings plus brand-building benefits such as publishing articles on ACXPA, promoting events in the Industry Events Calendar, and allocated Individual memberships for your team to access member-only content and discounts.
